Building curtain wall material control

The construction materials used in the curtain wall construction shall conform to the national, industrial and local relevant engineering construction standards and engineering design requirements. Supporting frames, panels, structural adhesives and sealing materials, fire insulation materials, anchor bolts and other new technologies, new materials and new processes shall conform to the relevant provisions on popularization and application. The bonding materials with reliable strength and strong durability shall be used for the fixation and joint filling between the metal pendants of stone curtain wall and stone, and the aging bonding materials such as marble glue shall be prohibited. Safety laminated glass used for modern curtain wall should be exposed with edge sealing protection measures. Safety laminated glass shall be processed and synthesized by dry process of PVB or SGP(ionic intermediate film) film, and shall not be processed by wet process. Among them, when using PVB film synthesis technology, the thickness of the film should not be less than 0.76mm. The size of silicone structural sealant for insulating glass should meet the design requirements. Silicone structural sealant for insulating glass and silicone structural sealant for glass and aluminum frame bonding shall adopt the same brand and model products. The product qualification certificate issued by insulating glass processing enterprises shall state the brand, model and size of silicone structural sealant used in processing. Stainless steel shall be used for curtain wall structure. Among them, the nickel content of stainless steel bearing members (including back plugs) exposed to outdoor or in a highly corrosive environment should not be less than 12%; Non-exposed stainless steel members shall contain not less than 10% nickel. The mechanical properties and chemical composition of bolts, screws and studs of fasteners shall conform to the series of national standards for Mechanical Properties of Fasteners (GB/T 3098.1-3098.21). Anchor bolts with reliable performance such as mechanical anchor bolts with rear cut (expanded) bottom and finalized chemical anchor bolts shall be selected for the rear embedded parts of building curtain wall according to design requirements, and ordinary chemical anchor bolts shall not be used. When the chemical anchor is used, the supplier shall provide the high-temperature test report of the chemical anchor. For curtain wall construction materials that should be tested and inspected according to regulations, the curtain wall suppliers shall provide inspection and inspection reports on product quality and issue quality guarantee certificates. The construction unit shall re-inspect the curtain wall building materials in accordance with the requirements of project design, construction technical standards and the contract. The re-inspection items are as follows: (1) the mechanical properties, wall thickness, film thickness and hardness of aluminum (type) material of the main force rod, and the mechanical properties, wall thickness and anti-corrosion layer thickness of steel; (2) tensile, shear and bearing strength of bolts; (3) Shore hardness and standard condition tensile bond strength of structural adhesive for glass curtain wall.
